I had been to Dell in the past with an issue with a hard drive and had saved his contact details. I'm so glad I had as my laptop decided to fail on me as I was working/teaching remotely from home. I rang Dell and he has it fixed within 2 hours of me dropping it off. A reliable service and extremely informative. I was kept upto date with what was happening and the possible issues.
