In the current situation with covid, it's nice to see a place following all the rules, it's spotlessly clean, and staff are constantly cleaning, proper table service, and isolation, yet still a very friendly atmosphere. Excellent.

Good gaming tables. Great food, attentive staff
Staff are professionals. Managers are even better. It's a safe and enjoyable establishment to have food or drink and would always recommend it. Obviously there's the casino side to it which is each to their own but croupiers are friendly and always welcoming. Bars open until 3 but the management won't allow drunks or bad behaviour. Thanks. I will keep coming as its probably the best place in West Brom to be at in a evening/night.

Beautifull place,nice layout,more than just casino . You can have a drink there by the table and have some food(not sure if food available now,used to be). Free drinks if you are playing. In my experience there ,you can win there if you bet at least 1 per time.
Good food friendly staff reasonably priced
Went for their carvery meal good value for 850 with choice of at least 3 meats depending on time with GREAT roast potatoes plenty of vegetables and staff always pleasant
The electronic gaming are rigged specially auto roulette the ball jumps and bounce after sits on number you bets on . Not a fair play in this casino if you are a big gambler and playing a 100 or more every spin the ball never lands on your numbers if it’s lands the ball starts bouncing and jumps to another empty numbers .
