First of all, I'd like to say I'd normally never feel compelled to write a review like this, but this company has been awful. Absolutely awful. Ordered a chair from them, never arrived. Was told lost in transit which was a lie (I'd never received a despatch note in the first place). Chased, was promised chair would be sent following day. I am now sat being told by DPD that not package has been passed to them for despatch. They go under the name elitefurtnituefactory on Ebay. Do yourselves a favour folks and AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
