Love this place. Proper football ground that has been maintained for the 21st century. Capacity is a little low for a Premier League club ; though when full the atmosphere can be electric. Would like to see the smaller Halford's Lane (West) stand replaced with one that mirrors the large East stand opposite , which would lift the capacity to 30K

Had some great visits here with EFC and Lpool. Nice family club and extremely loud inside the stadium. Hope they survive in PL.

Ive been here quite a few times over the years and its improved greatly over time the ground is totally enclosed with a capacity off just over 26,000.The East Stand is an impressive large single tier stand which has been well integrated with the rest off the stadium. The away fans aee housed in the Smethwick End where the views are good but the leg room isnt over all though i found it to be a good day out on my last visit .An intresting fact for you the Hawthorns is the highest ground above sea level
