I have recently bought a range of stands to display my handmade necklaces, earrings and rings in the studio and at exhibitions. I specifically wanted 'frosted' acrylic to match the existing ones I had. Wrights had the best selection of sizes and styles I could find. I emailed Amy for the dimensions of one product and she replied withing an hour. I placed my order late afternoon and it was delivered a day and a half later (I opted for ordinary 'free delivery'). Everything was immaculately packaged and very clean. I can't fault the service I have received and wouldn't hesitate to use the company again. I have since recommended them to a colleague who is opening an accessory shop in the near future.

Items arrived extremely well packaged-- better than I have seen any other company do. One of the items was defective and when I contacted them they sent me a free replacement immediately via next day even though the item was on clearance and only cost 8 pounds.

Wrights make most of their products here in the UK so its brilliant to be able to support UK jobs and manufacturing. Great prices and support, too
Very tricky people to deal with when complained about shoddy goods after poor delivery and eventually looked at my goods received this email from there general manager: Afternoon, Your emails have been forwarded to me. The goods do not appear to be faulty as there is still blue film visible on the panel suggesting it has not been removed from the other face. Also, the wall mounted holders you say have no holes are not meant to. The product you have chosen is designed to be taped to the wall which you will see on the description of the item on the website. It is of course your prerogative if you wish to upload a review on Google, we will vigorously contest this as the goods are not apparently faulty, especially as you have not even paid for them. I would contest your comments by saying that you were very verbally abusive and swearing at one of my staff who was reduced to tears by this and then you put the phone down on me when I was asking you to pay for goods you have received. I do not believe this is the correct way to conduct a business transaction, especially when your original complaint related to a third party business (which we have no power over) not being able to find a parcel that you had redirected there. We have tried to help with a situation that was beyond our control, none of this was caused by us. I do not wish to enter into any further correspondence on this as there is no contract between our businesses as you have not paid for any goods, dispose of the items as you wish as I do not expect to receive payment, please source any future requirements from alternative suppliers.
