A BMW specialist at fair prices. Adam knows exactly what he’s doing, and it’s great to speak directly with the expert rather than a receptionist. He diagnosed and fixed a problem with my 2009 525D Touring, where BMW Cooper Cobham had misdiagnosed it and sold me a new key I didn’t need, and my local generalist garage said it sounded too complex. Will happily come back.

I have been using Fares and Repairs for servicing our Golf for several years now because (a) they don't have the high overheads of a dealership but they are ex-dealership professionals and (b) they will tell you what needs to be done to the car, not charge high prices for things that don't need doing yet. I have heard from them that they are shortly moving to a larger workshop in Byfleet. I would certainly recommend them.
