The vending machine at bath bus station must owe me in excess of 20 now over the years . Likes to keep the cup , dispense the drink then drop the cup out afterwards, that's if there's even any cups inside it. Pot luck vending machine.

Really disappointed and annoyed with their service. The company I work for use West country vending. The items are overpriced and out of date or just about to expire the same month! We have raised this issue with our reception on numerous occasions and claimed our money back, yet everytime new items are stocked up, it's the same story all over again. It affects all items, crisps, drinks, chocolate bars. When the issue was raised, their reply was: If it's July 2018 and the expiry date is July 2018 is still ok to sell. It's most definitely not. I'm waiting to see when someone gets food poisoning! It still keeps happening. We are quite busy place with many employees and the vending machines are in constant use, so it's not the case of snacks being sat there untouched. It's fresh stocked up snacks that are already old! Also we have a hand written note on the machine that you can only use correct change otherwise it won't give you change back.
