Terrible customer service. After booking via taxicode, I get told that the miles were wrong and I hav to pay 25 extra in cash. Now my money is stuck, I’m flying out stressed and got “sincere advice” from quite a rude employee who thought that I was being rude to him/her. You are dealing with people who are so stressed out about their travel and a little compassion is a lot better than “sincere advice”. And the advice I got was “Kindly refrain from using inappropriate language(the word I used was “crap”, seriously ?) and threats( my so called threat was “you guys are begging for a lawsuit”, which I didn’t even try to portray that I would be the one suing. I just meant that the Unprofessionalism was shocking to say the least!). Later while reviewing the chain mail that was passed across at a duration of 30 mins or less, it turns out I missed an email that mentioned that if they(prime drive) cancelled the booking( in this case obviously was a glitch on their and/or Taxicode’s systems) there would be deductions. For real ? And suddenly my so called “threat” makes sense yeah ? Cause The extent that they are going to, to exploit their customers, they literally are begging for a lawsuit ! Such terrible customer service!! Honestly !! Oh and Mr. Rashid(the guy I was talking to via email) I highly suggest that you go attend a finishing school or maybe get some classes on customer service since you’re working in the department cause bud ! You really need it ! Consider your “sincere advice” returned thousandfold. :)

We used Prima Drive service to return back from abroad. We booked online using minicabit. We had added about an hr for immigration when we requested the service. However the taxi driver tracked the flight status and called us much earlier to see if we were ready and offered to come earlier if we are through the checks. Pickup was professional and the ride was comfortable. 5 stars worthy!

Like for my last trip with Prima Drive, the punctuality was perfect, the car was in perfect state (it was a recent Mercedes), the driver smooth and smiling, and always with the best price I could find. No doubt I'll use the same company for my next trip.
