Scenic view from the top of the hill looking down the coast and over to Arran. I had the dug so didn’t risk going through the final livestock field to get to the very top as it was full ‘o cattle.

Easy path through farmland before reaching a fantastic trig point with panoramic views of Cumbrae, Arran, the Dalry hills and the Ayrshire coast.
Lovely views but the top of the climb can be very muddy

Brilliant hill for running up. Ran here from my stay as Seamill Hydro. Stunning views across the Clyde and to Arran
Standing on Goldenberry Hill looking across to Arran, covered in snow with winter sunshine enhancing the full 3D of ridges and slopes was truly magical.
Very difficult climb, very unfriendly cattle near the top, avoid
Easy walk from Portencross side, via Ardneil Farm, great views at top. Harder walk from Hunterston Castle.
