This is why we turned to the British Assessment Bureau to walk us through the certification process and audit our business according to the standard. What a pleasure this encounter was. His in depth knowledge of system clearly shined through in his teachings to me. He is a extremely well mannered and very patient . He took me through the process step by step putting my needs first and always explaining many fine points with extreme clarity. To top it all off he , himself was a very knowledgeable and charismatic individual who could clearly communicate on all levels. The sort of person you instantly want to get to know .
