Very slow and not good at keeping you informed of the process. When calling they tend not to answer and when they do aren't up to speed with your case. Overall not impressed as they arent the cheapest firm in the market.

Useless Company - Tried to get advice about a mortgage and asked for a decision in principle - filled out all documentation required but for some reason they wanted property details when all I wanted was to check affordability and get an idea of budget to help me on my property search. They kept saying no to everything without even checking the application I sent. Really bad service - Luckily I found another broker who is much more helpful.
