Gavin responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and was extremely helpful on the phone. Despite being extremely busy he did his best to squeeze me in at very short notice. Work was carried out very quickly and to a very high standard. If you’re in the Ice Cream Trade and looking to get any work done on your van you’ll be in very honest, safe hands here. I will most definitely be using them again and recommend their services unreservedly.

We are really disappointed with this place, for weeks we have been in discussion to arrange a conversion of a van for a charity and they seemed really positive about helping but as I was getting the van to take to them they are no longer responding to messages or phone calls. That is unreliable and not great to have as your first review. They would have received such a lot of social media exposure through this but Gavin decided to go quiet and ignore me. The comment you just sent back to this stating I had cancelled is untrue, you had still agreed to look at the van on the Saturday even though the official rally wasn't going ahead but we were still doing it and agreed to meet me as gavin lived nearby, we messaged Friday to arrange and Saturday and so rang and left a message to say we were on the way but all messages were read and ignored and the answerphone message was not responded to. I have a complete transcript of the messages between us to show the conversation.
I sooooo disagree , with your other customer, I’ve had my floor taken up, replaced and strengthened all within 36hr, albeit I did book it in, Gavin and Simon couldn’t have been more professional and advised me all the way, and left me to decide the finish I wanted, I’ve got it back and I’m more than delighted, it looks new, which of course it is.. well done lads
