We chose Rich because he was local to Molesey. After an initial brief, he let us know his cost there and then, which was great value and very competitive. He took some measurements and said he'd be in touch with the plans. We got the plans back really quickly, so a super quick turnaround, within a week and had all the ideas we'd gone through on there. We made a few tweaks, now that we could see how it all worked, and again Rich turned these around within a couple of days. Awesome service, plans very clear, it has all the detail you need to go get building quotes, plus Rich is friendly and gets what you're trying to do. 5 stars from us!
