Caffe Nero decor is what does it for me - just more character than its equivalents and a nice seat with a plug point - the app is a good one too and getting the free coffee stamps electronically is much better than having one of those stupid paper cards in my wallet which I keep losing... But that's probably just me
Coffee in take away cups only under current circumstances, even if you sit in but that's perfectly fine. Dogs allowed too
Good staff Serving you. Lay out of tables and chairs are good. The only problem was no loo paper in the toilet.
