We recently bought a brand new Fiat Ducato which will to convert to a camper. Before we even started the conversion, Ian came to our home to give us in-depth advice regarding the work involved. We reckon that for the rate charged for this consultancy, we've probably saved a fortune by simply knowing what to do and what not to do, and where not to waste money. Absolutely invaluable! Everything was carried out in a highly organised and professional way. This was our first experience of a mobile caravan service-LV-Artisan was strongly recommended to us by friends. Previously we'd always towed our van to our dealer then left it there for a couple of days before having to collect it-two round trips of 100 miles each. Ian provided a really excellent and thorough service-including addressing the current corona virus issues. At the completion of the service Ian took us through the report alerting us to a couple of issues which he will fix for us. The feedback we had on every aspect of the service was a great deal better than anything we've had in 10 years of caravanning. I would recommend this company unreservedly and will use them again in future years.

Ian fully serviced (habitation, chassis and damp survey) our Hymer caravan which was new to us. He found several important safety issues that we had no idea were there and he repaired or replaced parts as necessary. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and cheerfulness and he did an truly excellent job. I really recommend him to anyone with a leisure vehicle. Ian, you're a star!
Ian serviced our Trigano tribute today and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was really impressed with how thorough and detailed the habitation report was and he looked into every concern that we had. Although the outcome of the report was not entirely positive, he gave me some helpful advice and lots of information on possible solutions. First time I have used Ian to service our caravan. He arrived on time, got straight down to work and spent over 6 hours carrying out the service to a very high standard. It was a revelation to see how thoroughly he went through everything and then took the time to explain what he had done and what might need attention (nothing too worrying fortunately). The price charged was exactly what was quoted. Thoroughly recommended and will definitely use him again.
Highly recommended. Ian's remote diagnosis of my Gaslow problem proved to be absolutely correct. Not only did Ian fix the problem, he re-installed the hoses and inserted filters to give me a more reliable system for the future. Nice One - Thanks Ian.
