Just had 2 fillings done by Joanna and her team excellent dentist the whole procedure was pain free, even the anasthetic, kept well informed throughout and even show you colour photos of work done afterwards. I would definitely go back if I ever need more work.

I had my first appointment today as I’ve not been happy with my current dentist and I was very impressed with this dentist. The dentist I saw was very polite and knew her stuff! She was very thorough and informative. I have since deregistered with my old dentist and signed up here for myself and two children.

It’s a fairly new and clean practice but I would not recommend. I have been registered here with my family of 4 for about 2 years or a little more and over the last 12 months have had some treatments that have left me disappointed and caused me to remove all four of us from their care and re-register at another dentist. I just tried to call them to tell them this after getting home from having a crown fitted and nobody answered the phone after 2 attempts. I have had a veneer fitted in the past that lasted less than a week and was ultimately replaced after a year under guarantee after it broke. The crown I just had fitted was to replace this veneer. I had a temporary one fitted which came loose. I drove to the dentist to have it reglued and they refused saying if it didn’t hurt there was no need. Unsurprisingly that temporary crown fell out and was lost so I’ve had to endure the humility if walking around and talking to people with a hideous yellow tooth stump for 2 weeks. As soon as I walked in my door with the new crown my wife looked shocked and said it looks ridiculous, wrong length, too thick and wrong colour. It feels wrong. I tried to explain this to the dentist after it was fitted and was fobbed off and told I’d get used to it. It’s one thing being asked an opinion laying horizontal with a spotlight in your face, Smokey safety glasses on and a small hand held mirror - it’s another thing altogether when people actually see it and comment on it from their perspective. I’m shocked and disappointed that the dentist even let me walk out with it obviously thinking it was satisfactory in their professional opinion. I’ll be asking for a refund and changing dentist.

Highly skilled, friendly dentists and hygenists in a very modern, immaculately clean and bright surgery. I am quite nervous when it comes to the occasional filling, but all the staff I have met have been very kind and professional. An awkward filling was carried out by Joanna very efficiently and without any fuss. Kim the hygenist is especially personable, friendly, and puts you at ease. Highly recommended particularly for nervous patients.
