I have used elite for all of businesses printing needs for over 10 years now. The quality of product and service is 1st class. They renewed my shop signs for me a couple of years ago, with new designs and logos and it transformed the look of my shop. I had 2 other quotes for shop signage, elite were half the price and they still look brand new now. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

They were helpful and friendly but they didn't even have basic software reading equipment like an SD card reader. The place was also a mess denoting being unorganised and they charged stupid amounts of money for a simple job. Not impressed!

I am disappointed, to say the least. I had a banner printed here, which snapped after 15 minutes the first time I used it. When I returned it, it was replaced by a new one, which snapped just 5 minutes after I put it up. Each time I returned it, I was accused of having caused the damage myself by mishandling it. When I returned the banner for the second time, I asked for a refund, which was refused. After all it was my fault, somehow, that the product was faulty. No deadline I was given was ever met. I have lost count of how many trips I made to the shop, with nothing to show for it now. Only that I'm 65 worse off through no fault of my own. So much for wanting to support a local business. I'll now order my banner online, for a fraction of the price.
