I can’t rate these guys enough! I had a big problem and it got sorted really quick, also had abit of a crash and even put the front back on so it looked better, so really sorted me out otherwise I would have been buggered so thank you! My partners car was draining the battery after a valet. They had to put a diagnostic machine on it, disconnect electrical circuits and put on test which took time for info each time. After about 4 days of tests they found the USB port shorted out eureka moment, well done. I have always used them for all my services and repairs over the last 8 years and am more than happy.

After an MOT at different location identified an electrical fault this garage fitted me in next day, located and fixed the wiring fault that day costing for just diagnostics and one hours labour. They also identified a problem with newly fitted brakes (fitted by Halfords) and took the time to get the car up onto the ramp so I could see this issue and take photos allowing me to properly explain what Halfords the issue (which they are now fixing for me.) Southend Auto Electrics are professional, quick and fair with their charging, shall be using them for all future car issues.

I brought my vehicle in as the discovered fault was anticipated to be an electrical one. This was quickly diagnosed by Steve, to be resolved by fitting a new alternator.
