brake light coming on intermittently. Take into garage by appointment for investigation. Was informed of findings, and cost for repair, the same day, was told parts needed to be ordered. The following day, i was telephoned at approx 15.20pm, my car was repaired and i could collect. This was wonderful service, they know i rely on my car, as i care for my 95 year old mother, and am disabled myself, they went above and beyond to get my car repaired quickly and with due diligence. My car came back clean inside and out. I could not be more pleased with the service i received, i even received an e-mail and video of my car being inspected.

Considering the current situation I wondered if my service and first MOT would go ahead but thanks to the team at Southend Hyundai everything went extremely smoothly. All the staff that I saw were wearing face masks and there were screens in place and hand sanitiser available which I found very reassuring. I received a video update of the free health check for my car along with recommendations and got a phone call when everything was completed to go and collect my car. I also took the opportunity of setting up a new three year service plan which Ian Smith arranged for me with no problems.
