Hello, just wanted to say a big word of thanks to all the staff at Joan Allen who helped with replacing my faulty Minelab Equinox Ml80 headphones, especially Pete who i spoke to, not only did they sort thing very quickly as i sent my old ones to them just before Christmas but given the latest lockdown restrictions imposed on them i was even more impressed by their turn round time, ive used Joan Allen for many years now and given the exemplary way they treat customers i shall continue to do so, many thanks and a happy new year to all the staff.

Focus pictures

Went to the store coming from Hertfordshire to the store in Kent. We come up to spend 1100 to spend we had mask safe distance then Zak the rude member of staff said that you can buy the item then put it together yourself. Had a very bad attitude for business. I went over to Costa and got a coffee no problem. It’s a shame but bad attitude to me not for me we will be spending our money elsewhere
