Ok, so let's get serious for a moment. I LOVE THE X-TRAIL. This is my 4th model and they keep just getting better. Society says go green, go small, but the X-TRAIL allows me to be mindful of the environment without compromising on size. Let's face it, when you have three kids, a big dog and a family who just love the outdoors, you need space, an this beauty delivers. As you can see from the photo below, my wee boy and I were sad to return our 66 plate because it never let us down and was part of the family, but we were so excited to drive away in our 21 plate. Paul Rennie, who works at Nissan Stirling is the nicest bloke you could meet. Over the past 5 or 6 years, he has treated me so well and makes sure I get the right car to meet my needs. He is so personable and we just click. (Goodness, this review is starting to sound like a Tinder date!) There is no unnecessary small talk with Paul, he listens, laughs a lot, and gets to work finding the right car for me. However, buying a car is sometimes the easy part, like getting engaged...it's the relationship over time that is important to me. This is why I return time and time again to Nissan Stirling because of the service. From the sales, to the service department, I have always been treated like an individual and listened to. The whole team at Nissan are a credit to the brand and deserve recognition. This is why I will return time and time again, because I know I am being looked after. Thanks Folks.

Had a really bad experience with another company and went to Western nissan and I could not fault there amazing customer services. The sales man Paul Ritchie was so friendly I felt I've known him for years, got my Wife and I the best deal ever. I would 100% recommend to anyone will definitely be going back to purchase a new car.

Fantastic customer service from Nissan Stirling. From first looking at car, getting finance sorted and picking it up has been so easy. David the salesperson was fantastic, extremely professional and kept me up to date with the whole process and even arranged to have my private plate changed over to new car. I even got a beautiful bunch of flowers when I picked the car up. Very personal service can't rate David and the garage highly enough

After a really bad sales experience with a well known car dealership I walked away from the car I'd reserved. I went straight to Nissan Stirling to have a look at their forecourt only to be welcomed by the lovely Eddie Allan. Eddie is a credit to Nissan Stirling and would highly recommend if you are looking for a car whether it be new or used this is the man to talk too, he made me feel like a valued customer. I went between one car and another and back again, but this was not a problem for Eddie. I purchased a lovely clean, pristine used car which I collected the next morning and I'm loving it, thanks again Eddie.
