I have used this service once, and it was decent. There is no point in leaving a negative review of this place simply because of the staffs' level of English. Not sure whether this is a Western Union branch or a franchise but it gets the job done. You may be left in a queue especially if you visit during rush hours as I did.

Worst service ever. 1st time I got there said they were closed at 6.30 even though clearly closes at 7.30. Then I went in next day the man was asking for personal details, which I have never experienced in any other WU branch. I asked him why he needed them to which he replied WU asks for this. I explained to him that I have never had my usual Shepherd’s Bush branch ask me this to which he replied, “Well go there!!!” I was absolutely fuming and told him off about his manners and poor customer service and instead of apologising he kept telling me not to lecture him. I then told him I will be posting a review on the incident to which he replied “Go ahead”. Avoid this place at all costs. They have probably sold off my personal details or something as I have since asked 3 othe WU’s if requesting personal details is mandatory when a receiver presents a passport and reference number and they said no. He now has my address and email which was not required and I have placed a formal complaint with WU.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Ignored many emails and not called back many times as promised. In the end I reported this to Financial Ombudsman and got sorted immediately. Took well over 6 months to sort out with them what I wanted.

Not telling truth about service as in keep on saying that Western union system is not working. Also, the working time on Google search does not match to the time they say theyre closing.
