Why choose Westex? After taking a long time on selection a brand to go with we gravitated to westex. Our understanding of a carpet was they are all the same. How we are wrong. Westex still spin yarn in Cleckheaton, Yorkshire. They are a british manufacture supporting surroundong areas too.. We didnt realise this and didnt realise the level of treatment that goes into making our carpet. So after comparing like for like it became clearl quickly there isnt a carept like it at the value that it is. When we bought ours we used H2H flooring who supplied and installed our beautiful floor aith warranties. We didnt realise that Master Fitter existed an the importance of using them. Worked out cheaper than the other local shops too. So we would highly recommend westex and their carpets and advise you find someone who put there all into the final finish like they do their carpets.
Westex seem fine until there is a problem, then you are in real trouble. Expensive Westex carpets throughout the property. Carpets are threadbare, with pile twist and severe colour fading. Despite spending 10,000, Westex Carpets do not want to know, they were rude and have misplaced arrogance. If you are looking to spend a lot on quality carpets that will last and with good after sales service, you need to buy from a different manufacturer, avoid Westex.
