Left our small dog here twice now and planning to do so again soon. Bella always returns happy n smelling wonderful. We also have her groomed while in kennels and the cut is perfect. I would be worried if the telephone was answered 1st time as this would mean time is not being spent with the animals; I leave messages and my calls are always returned. Thanks for looking after our furry member of the family.

I have used Paws a while several times with different dogs and have always been very happy with how they look after them . Roxy came home very happy and smelling lovely ! Thank you
Lovely warm welcome my fur babies(cats) were so relaxed when they came home it put my mind at ease. Will certainly be using paws awhile again thank you so much for your care and attention.

Two ladies answer the phone. The one lady is lovely and very helpful. The other has a terrible attitude problem. She is rude and very unwelcoming. I would not recommend this kennel.
