Richard Dibble was an excellent salesman. From our first conversation over the phone to the sale of the car he was very helpful and accommodating. As an Audi A3 owner himself, he spent time showing me how all the features worked. He also went above and beyond, filling out my RAC membership for me and showing me how to use the sat nav. I needed a car quickly and carbase was able to quickly turn around a car that was initially away for processing to me driving it home in immaculate condition within 2 days. We went to car base Weston Super Mare and we were corresponding with Richard Dibble , (salesman , He was polite and informative regards the Audi Q5 we were interested in ; and gave us details etc which we wanted to know . He was not pushy in any way , and we appreciated this .As it was a day or so before lockdown , all Covid precautions were taken and we felt at ease with this .
