I found this company online searching for children s costumes. A quick phone to a very helpful man and I knew they had in stock what we were looking for. So jumped in the car and collected from the shop about 30 minutes later. Very nice lady in the shop sorted everything for me and even I was surprised by how many costumes they have in stock.

Beware. My son bought two costumes for 52.98 on Friday 27 October. The party was cancelled so he went back with the costumes (unopened, unused) on Saturday morning and politely asked to return them. The shop refused a refund saying it was to close to Halloween. The shop had no shortage of customers. It would only issue a credit note to be used within six months. Mean service loss of custom.

Love this place staff always so helpful and will check stock upstairs if you can't find size downstairs also will order stuff in for you. Prices are great and you can pretty much find anything you want

Ordered past their cut off time for next day delivery so I phoned their helpline to check the possibility of getting the costume next day. The gentleman I spoke with was pleasant, understanding and very helpful. The costume was delivered the following morning, wow. Thank you very much Fancy Dress & Party for a great costume and excellent service.
