January '21 I had an appointment with Howards Kia for a small warranty job. Very pleasant staff and a cappuccino while I waited. I was pleasantly surprised that my car had been washed too, which was another nice touch. A much recommended dealership.

Mixed experience, negotiation good, but when car purchased was offered 7 Days insurance but later was told too old for this insurance. On test driving car stop start was not working, told probably battery not fully charged, but it is still not working.
