We converted a very ‘dull’ 1930 semi into something which we consider now has ‘Kerb Appeal’ - we hope you agree? - please see the after picture. Matt was professional and friendly throughout the process. He liaised well with the builders and the regulators and helped us through planning. All of this made it less stressful for us. He listened to our requirements and the resulting design is a beautiful and practical place to live. The Builders even commented on the excellent quality of his technical details - we were very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend his services!

Outstanding! We used MD to help with our extention on our family home. Matt was very patient, took time to understand our needs and came up with the design we had envisaged. There were some technical aspects that needed amending along the way but this was no issue for Matt and dealt with promptly. I can't comment highly enough on the professionalism shown and thank you for helping us create a better home
