First impressions good. However, bathroom fitter attitude was very unprofessional and aggressive. Apology was given, however to make matters worse the attitude towards me when I highlighted a few issues was again unprofessional and rude. Well seen the job had been paid for. Bathroom has been completed to a good standard but fitters attitude awful and after sales customer service awful. Wouldn’t recommend on that basis.

Our old and tired bathroom was transformed into a sleek new shower room in the 3 days we were quoted by Callum. James and his son, the fitters, did a fantastic job. Contacted wet wall,Callum came out and surveyed. Wife picked what she wanted and we scheduled a date. Team arrived,set up and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. The overall standard of the work was excellent,the price was equally important to us and we could not have opted for better. If you want your bathroom upgraded to a high standard at an excellent cost, go here. You can't go wrong and won't be disappointed.
The team stuck to the timescales we agreed and were quick to respond to the couple of queries I had. They tidied up both nights when they left and I now have a beautiful new bathroom. Honest guys who did a fantastic job. Thanks!
