Distant Voice have been incredible. Whilst in contract we went through a restructuring which resulted in a few staff members leaving. We did not need a few VoIP extensions. Our account manager just removed them and did not charge us. Absolutely brilliant. You don't get that sort of flexibility elsewhere.
