We are so delighted with our Relay hot tub! I’ve never been in a hot tub with such strong jets (but you can adjust them down if you prefer), and it’s great to relax in there after a long day. Sarah was so helpful and knowledgeable during our visit to try the hot tubs. As our tub was delivered during lockdown they were unable to give us the in person demonstration for aftercare that they usually offer, so we were sent several video links to watch which were very helpful. Also Sarah is on the other end of the phone with any questions and always gives us help when we’ve needed it. Highly recommended.

Super service from Ken at Hotspring World. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and we ended up getting our new hot tub and ordered a swim spa on the same day! Oops! The hot tub is amazing, we absolutely love it. We don’t have the swim spa yet but are really looking forward to getting it soon. Highly recommend, would not consider purchasing a hot tub from any other company.
Our hot tub arrived three day before Christmas so perfectly timed . Tier 4 had arrived shortly before and subsequent lockdown in the first week of January made us feel that we had lucked out with the arrival time. It has certainly relaxed us in these difficult times. We have used it everyday since and have been impressed with the quality of the tub. We went for the Fresh water salt system which I would recommend as you don’t have that hot tub chlorine smell and feel. We had some issues early on with getting the chemical levels right and Sarah has always been available for advice and assistance. We have certainly felt the support is there for us should we need it.
We received our hot tub this week and we are very happy! Sarah was great on the phone to help with chemical questions and to guide us with the right PH levels. The staff at the showroom were very knowledgable and we didn’t feel forced into buying anything.
