Really happy with the services we received from AVC. Quick, professional and helpful are the key words we can think of. Debt collection has always been our last resource especially when you have long term good relations with your clients, so we were already under the pressure when we decided to appoint a debt collector. (the first and hopefully the last). Colin very quickly got the monies owed. This comes with the reassurance its not going to cost you a fortune. With some solicitors it would. However with AVC and my case they earned an agreed percentage of the total monies they recovered. Totally fair and square. You know where you stand and what is going on. I have used AVC Debt Recovery For the 2nd time, I just wish I had met a company like this 30 years ago when I started as an electrical contractor. Both my problems where the usual I send emails, letters and phone and get fobbed off. AVC just know how to speak sense and I have got paid immediately. If my debtor did not speak to me or pay me, yet one call from AVC I get paid, I had no doubt in their ability to get the money then why should I. I trust them explicitly.
