Brilliant place. Location 50m to the seafront, right in the harbour. House is spacious and really well equipped. We come back every year...sometimes twice. Can't recommend enough!

My last visit here (of three) was a disaster. Have not been back, and will not go back. One of the other cottages had the spare key for mine, but there was no sense of urgency on the part of those responsible for the holiday let to track it down. I felt very stressed for the duration of my stay. Penzance itself is pretty grotty, but its proximity to St. Michael's Mount was the attraction (staying in Marazion itself was beyond my budget).

Clean, homey and attentive host. We have stayed here 3 times over the years in the summer and winter. The hosts are prompt with responding to our queries and came to meet us on arrival. We always feel looked after. The flat being in the shopping centre means we are right in the middle of things for access to shops in penzance and we get free parking. Pensanze is a good point to visit surrounding areas. We had our two little ones with us. Easy to fit portable stairgate on stairs and everything else very child friendly. The homes are always impeccably clean. Neutral soft warm colours throughout and cosy comfy sofas and bed. Lovely big bathrooms too. Thanks... Well likely be back again next year Rach and Dav and the kids
