It is not often that I feel compelled to put pen to paper in wanting to share such a positive experience of an event professional. Katah are nothing short of brilliant company if you are looking for a tipi supplier. They respond to clients straight away, they send different layouts plans and really work with their clients to ensure they exceed all expectations. They work with suppliers like myself as if we are part of their extended team. Super friendly, personable and having looked at other supplier prices, they are competitively priced for what they provide. They have such a wealth of experience and have tipis for small events as well as tipis and furniture for giant festivals. We hired a Katah tipi for a festival wedding in our back garden. The tipi was stunning, and the team were so incredibly friendly. Edd answered all of our queries promptly and comprehensively too. 100% recommended!
Awful. Strung us along for months telling us they were going to sent the invoice. Made up some story about 'family emergency'. Eventually after voicemails, texts and emails, I received an email stating that they could no longer provide the tipis and everything else for our wedding. Avoid at all costs. Only shame I cannot put zero stars
