Horrible hospital. My mum went there to have operation and it was awful. Very irresponsible stuff. My mum complained all day about her bladder and the fact that she could not go to the toilet. After whole day of begging the stuff to do something about it she called me and she was crying to help her. I arrived at the hospital and after few arguments with the nurse she finally agreed to check if there is anything wrong with my mum. It took her 2 minutes to find out that my mum had more than 1liter of urine trapped in her bladder! This is a very common thing that happens after operation. The stuff was uneducated! She was in pain all day and nobody even checked on her! Unacceptable. Since this day my mum had multiple bladder infections and other problems with her bladder.

Some of the staff here are very rude and talk down to patients. Every appointment I have made has been delayed or rescheduled. When I was there the doctor took 90 minutes to see me even though I was booked in for an appointment, then I was speaking to reception because loads of people had been seen before me who came in after me and the lady was arguing with me saying that nobody had been seen before me. Then another receptionist corrected her and said people had gone in before me and it turned out they forgot I was there! Then when the doctor saw me I asked to see the MRI scan and he said ‘well I thought you were in a rush?’ Sarcastically because he heard me complaining about the long wait. Completely unprofessional. Then I had surgery and it turned out I didn’t even need it! Once they opened me up they realised there was nothing wrong with me! I was giving no after care and no physio. Terrible service!

Attended A & E yesterday with my daughter, who had suffered a severe reaction to anti sickness medication prescribed for Covid symptoms. Received calm, reassuring and speedy help. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Extremely grateful. Thank you

They are a great hospital, they looked after me well on several occasions for different health problems, so I have experienced different departments. 98% of the time I get a really nice, kind service from all stuff and they have tried their best to look after me well. I am very happy with the way they treat other patients too as I was waiting for a few hours sometimes, you can monitor and see behavior, kindness and patience of stuff.

Love this place, they have continued to fix me when I need it. I have built a good relationship with this Hospital over the years and cannot fault them. Apart from maybe the choice of puddings at meal times...
