I'm delighted with the great service and excellent communications from The Model Centre and I'd recommend their online service to anyone in these difficult lockdown times! I bought a Hornby Princess loco (Princess Marie Louise in express blue livery) from them and it arrived beautifully packaged and in tip-top form! I've not taken advantage of their weathering services yet but having seen the really impressive results at several exhibitions I'd definitely recommend this too! Maybe I'll get this done for my next purchase! I'd also like to commend TMC's use of the brilliant DPD as couriers, and my package arrived absolutely on the dot! Their tracking service is the best I've seen and it's incredibly helpful when you get a 1 hour window for delivery! Many thanks for a superb service all round! :)

Only dealt with Tmc on their website. Ordered some n gauge at different times and very happy with their goods. I've used the customising service for weathering etc and the locos (steam & diesel) were a brilliant finish.

I often think a business is defined more by how they respond to a challenge as much as the service they offer in the first place. In my case three locomotive weathering jobs had slightly suffered in transit. TMC couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. When I received them back the second time they were stunning and look absolutely superb on the layout. I cannot recommend them highly enough and look forward to dealing with them again.
