I purchased some lovely Jet earrings from W Hamond's beautiful range. The website was nicely designed and service and delivery was very quick. Recently they developed a fault and needed repairing. I was asked to return them for repair and amazingly, within a week they were back! All repaired and cleaned too. This level of customer care is so refreshing - thank you
