I recently bought a ring from here and the customer service I received was amazing. The ring they had in store was slightly too big for me and their re-sizing colleague wasn't in. As I was only in Whitby for the day, the shop assistant went to their sister-store to get the ring in smaller sizes for me to try and we found one that fit perfectly! The shop assistant was so friendly and really went out of her way, all while keeping the shop COVID secure. I would highly recommend this store - and their jewellery is beautiful!

My fiancé and I bought our wedding rings from here and Emma could not have been more helpful. She advised me on how I could get my ring to sit with my engagement ring, we picked up it today and I couldn't love it more. She also offered to chase up my partner's ring as we had to send it via their Leeds branch to get resized. My engagement ring was well looked after and also cleaned which was a welcome surprise! Really helpful and professional!
