I learned about Wrekin Water from another softener company when looking for a spare part for my softener, or to buy a new one if it was unavailable. Fortunately for me, Wrekin did stock the part, and it was delivered a few days later, along with very professional and extremely helpful notes on its fitment. This should give my softener some more life, but I know exactly where I will buy my next one - Wrekin Water. The firm was excellent at helping me, and the job could have been a dismal failure without their focus on customer service. If they were THAT good over a spare, think how good they are for a new softener!
