My experience with Aquilo has been fantastic Sarah’s enthusiasm for the sport is infectious and makes each session very enjoyable. The level of teaching has been excellent, from the tailored selection of conditions and equipment, to the very comprehensive theoretical and practical lessons. I have surprised myself at the speed at which I have progressed and I put this down to Aquilo. Now I am up and riding, Sarah has sourced me affordable equipment so I’m now ready to go it alone. I highly recommend Aquilo kiteboarding school in whitstable. I had three lesson, two with Sarah and one with Nick. By my 2nd lesson I was confident enough to control the kite and got up on the board, by the third lesson I was doing full length rides along the coast! The teaching was excellent, first class! The locations and conditions for the lessons were perfect to learn, nice and calm and only really a few other kitesurfers around (unlike places like Tarifa!) They even helped me find all the gear I need to continue and people to kitesurf with! If you're looking for somewhere to learn to kitesurf, Aquilo is the school for you! Book with them asap!
Sarah is a very professional and experienced instructor and she is super positive and knows all the kitesurfers making it really fun and sociable. You’ll learn fast and well with her and enjoy it too. Highly recommend.
I booked my kitesurfing lessons with Aquilo as it was highly recommended to me. And now I know why. Sarah is fantastic teacher, very knowledgeable. Her enthusiasm rubs off on you straight away. She is very professional and energetic about every aspect of the sport. The equipment is first class, lessons are extremely fun covering everything you would need to know with strong emphasis on safety. I was enabled to gain the confidence I needed by being offered friendly but honest advice which helped me to make great improvements. It was awesome from beginning to end and absolute pleasure to meet Sarah. Thank you!
