We booked here for a lunch. Nice decor and ambience and the waitress was very friendly. We both wanted the lobster but unfortunately it wasn't available. This meant our choice was quite limited and we both picked something that we might not have preferred. However, the food was still cooked well and we enjoyed what we had. Just a few more options needed on the menu in my opinion.

Lovely seafood restaurant and close to the beach too. Visited during the oyster festival but was still not too busy, and the food was amazing. A little hot where we sat as the ceiling fan was not working, but the electric fan helped!
First evening meal out since the beginning of lockdown. The restaurant had the tables nicely spaced out and the staff seemed really pleased to see us. Food is French style mainly, with a limited menu on offer at the moment. I had Potted Shrimps to start, followed by Beef Wellington as a main, and we shared a Cheese Board to finish. All were excellent. Good range of reasonably priced wines. Service and general ambiance excellent throughout. As good as anything you'd find in a restaurant in France charging similar prices. Highly recommended.
What a find, we had to book , after passing on numerous occasions to see it was full, no space available. After our visit we now know why. Amazing food and great value. Every course was beautifully presented and tasted incredible, the front of house staff are attentive without being intrusive, and Phil the chef was very friendly, a pleasure to meet.. we will certainly be returning.
Friendly bistro. Excellent choice of dishes. Gradually working through the menu not been disappointed yet. Yummy
