First choice mobility was the right choice for me! I needed a new set of batteries for my mobility scooter, looking on the web and found First choice mobility. I telephoned and spoke to a very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman. He answered my questions which made me feel confident in ordering from them. I placed my order at around 2.00pm, about 4.30pm I received a text message saying that my order was going to be delivered the following day! Sure enough about 3.00pm the following day my batteries were delivered!. They were well packed and were date stamped to confirm that they were fresh batteries, which was one of my concerns and which I was told they would be fresh batteries. Very pleased with the excellent service received from First choice mobility and would highly recommend them.
