Would never recommend as our cabin has been confirmed to be built incorrectly from wrong size wood. The boards have daylight coming through and the roof is bowing in the middle by 60mm. The doors don’t open and close and windows leak when it rains. The corners of the cabin have mould growing and to fix it they attach non weather proof wood on the outside and white wash it. The weatherboard wood now bows out and the issue is even worse. Customer service is very slow and not listening to the problems therefore not resolving the issues. The cabin has been an issue from day one including the first day the doors wouldn’t open even for us to get the paint pot inside to paint it, you couldn’t make it up. I would avoid Johnson’s as they are quick to take 20k but give little back in quality and service.

We had a cabin supplied and installed by Johnsons just under a year ago now, and to be honest we looked at many others in the region before deciding, we travelled over 70-miles to visit the Marks Tey showroom, and really pleased we did, because the quality, the workmanship and the overall experience of dealing with the Jonhsons team was a pleasure from start to finish- I can Highly Recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality top end cabin.

Almost lost all the felt off the roof of the cabin you built for us. Turns out you used steel furniture staples that had rusted out. The hot tub you sold us no longer works but it’s now out of warrantee . I honestly wish I’d never walked through your door .
