I've used Baby travel on several occasions now and can not fault them, goods have been exactly as described, deliveries have been prompt and when there have been any issues the customer service team have resolved them speedily and satisfactorily. From my experiences, which have all been very positive, I would recommend this company and I would have no hesitation using them again.
Poor quality poor customer service I purchased the isafe sail stroller from them back in July I emailed them about the wheel being dodgey but they never responded so then I messaged them on Facebook they told me to email them again which I did but still didn't get a response so I messaged them again on Facebook but still haven't had a reply I've been unable to use the stroller and I've had to purchase another 1 Poor customer service Waste of money
Waste of time, the pushchair safety button broke the bloke talked down to me as if I was nobody and tried to say I misused the pushchair when I didnt, the pushchair is 7 months old so its still in warrenty they didnt replace the pushchair or mend it they gave me a pushchair frame and told me to mend it myself without any instructions. After complaining on more than one occasion the pushchair has now been repaired free of charge (as its under warranty) but they are still blaming me for misusing the pushchair which is not acceptable they say they repaired the pushchair out of good will but its under warranty lol, I still say its a waste of time buying products from this company they are so misleading and disrespectful its disgusting the way they treat there customers I will NOT be shopping here again EVER!!!!!!!!!
My wife bought a travel system from yourselves in January when she was expecting our fourth child. We picked your company because we have had four brilliant strollers from yourselves. We unrapped the travel system and stored it in our spare room. On the 8.6.18 we had our son Jack weighing in at 8.8lb when we came to fit him into the car seat to take him home we found that he only just fits in the car seat with the straps adjusted to the maximum size. We were shocked at the poor design and ended up going out and buying a different car seat as the usage one wasn't fit for purpose. We would like a refund for the travel system as it is not fit for purpose as our newborn has maxed out the adjustment meaning that the car seat would only last us weeks before he out grows it not the advertised months Companies reply, sorry your out of your refund period so no.
