A declining British tradition, offering a little bit of everything and trying the keep up with the times. Recently it has also become the new Trowbridge Post Office. Great for those back to school essentials, crafts and educational books, stationary and small gifts and toys, just not enough of anything in particular.

Worst experience ever!!! I’ve been there several times. Each time same slow, very slow service. Half of the stations closed despite very long queue. Staff seems to not know what they do at all. Very disappointed. Previous post office was much much better.
Went in looking for tracing paper but couldn't find any. Not wanting to give up and being pretty sure they'd sell it, I asked an assistant if they had any. After not being able to find it herself she looked it up on the system and we managed to locate it.
Only one person on the desk and very long queues, with two members of staff chatting around the corner in post office uniforms. I got the feeling they didn't care about customer services and I asked if anyone to help the young lady on the desk, they walked off. Very disappointed in this retail shop.
Same item was 2 cheaper in Sainsbury's but got cheap jelly babies which were on offer
