We had recently had a a new workshop installation from Jack and the team, they were absolutely fantastic from start to completion.
We needed a new ramp urgently, after talking to the guys at JK on Monday afternoon we agreed a good price on a hydraulic 2 post ramp within a very short timescale. By Wednesday the ramp was in our workshop, by Thursday lunchtime it was up and running! This is called pulling out the stops and exceeding customer expectations! Great service and I'm sure we will use you again.

Reported a fault with 4 post ramp at 11am this morning to Jack (managing director) and was told someone will be with us within an hour. After chasing numerous times throughout the day I finally called Ben who was really friendly and helpful and arranged for Tom to come out to the ramp. Tom got the ramp fixed within half an hour and the car was back on the ground. However Jack's attitude was totally unacceptable. Claiming a tech was an hour away, 20 mins away, down the road, pulling in now and even claiming he was on site at one point to then hanging up on us! A car was stuck on the ramp for well over 6 hours after the estimated time and we were lied to atleast 12 times by Jack! Tom and Ben however we fantastic and I can't thank enough for all they did today. Jack (the managing director) however is a total jockey
