Well it started off great, kitchen visit, enthusiastic designer, good designs. Then he started asking for the payment which we promptly made. Since then he has pretty much are impossible to get a hold of for questions or changes. Seems to be sales driven and not focused on customer service which is never good. They don't have a branch manager and are rude as well. I'd not have ordered from them had we known. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Useless.

Not a huge range to physically look at in the branch.... 1 bathroom and about 6 kitchens, despite this the service is good and the stuff they do have is very nice.

Had the misfortune of dealing with Nadir and his team in 2019. Nadir began by stating that our recently done bathroom was overpriced during the design consultation. He then promised the earth saying we would be provided "the best" builders. unfortunately he lied and we actually got builders who were meant to be checked on each day as it was their first kitchen. Obviously it was a complete disaster and the installation was done to a very poor standard with lots of damage around the house as well as damage and holes in the finished units. We were promised two weeks installation but in the end it took over seven months to complete. Simon the regional manager took over however he is uncontactable (even customer services can't get hold of him) and again failed on multiple promises to fix the work and offered a derisory gesture of goodwill of about 2% the total cost. The builders were fired but we were the ones who suffered. You can only assume they are due to employ new rookie builders for jobs coming up... The work was finally finished in February 2020 with customer services unable to get hold of anyone who can make a decision and they have stated explicitly it can be normal for it to take up to seven months to have work rectified. Unfortunately their current procedures are not up to a standard you would expect and you would be better off looking elsewhere. I have also just had to replace one of the isolation switches they placed due to it being faulty and repair the pipe to the washing machine.

I would advise against working with this branch/company. I have been looking for a refurbishment of my kitchen and was aksed to compile an email with a run down of measurements, images and required work for them to quote. I did not receive an answer to my emails or calls. On my third call I was advised that refurbishment projects aren't what they do, and that's why my emails were ignored. Shocking customer service.

Shocking and appalling!!! Had an introductory call with rep called himself Harry. He was very rude and unprofessional, did not want to listen what we wanted. Harry claimed he could not reveal prices for showroom kitchens but demanded to tell him our budget. Apparently they do not want to spend 3-4 hours and then we end up not buying anything from Wickes. He is not aware that customers usually shop around and choose from multiple options. Now talking to another supplier with transparent pricing and good customer service, already got samples and quote from them.

Shocking!!!! Just rang to tell Wickes I have just exchanged contracts and would like to buy a kitchen and a bathroom. ‘Sales consultant’ did his best to talk me out of coming then made the assumption I couldn’t afford the service. I have never had service as bad as that please listen back to call at 10.22. Appalling! Taking my business elsewhere as am ready to buy today.

I phoned the branch this morning to see if I could get a kitchen consultation appointment for today and was basically grunted at that no appointments were available. I thought I'd go down anyway and browse the showroom. I arrived at about 12:10 and the showroom was empty except for a chap on his phone talking to his mate. Given that he was the only person in the shop I can only assume that he was a member of staff. I was in the shop for about 10 minutes and this guy was on his phone the whole time. He didn't acknowledge I was there. Another customer came and was treated as I was, that is, completely ignored. After about 10 minutes of being ignored I left. Wickes are clearly doing so well that they don't need my money. Well, they're definitely not going to get it.

Appalling service from the Battersea branch. Twice the designer was due to come to my place of work to measure up our kitchen space. The first time I was told the designer had been and couldn't get hold of me as nobody knew my name at reception. Our business does not have a reception. The 2nd time I was told he was on his way but he didn't turn up. I received no phone call to offer an apology. If this is your idea of customer service, I'm glad I know now before wasting time progressing any further.
