Should be nil star Booked a cab Christmas eve for 7.30 pm Christmas night was assured they would have drivers working rang them up after 8pm to ask where my cab was told they were busy and would be get there in 15 mins.30 mins later still no show.rung again told I was priority and it would be there very soon...9.40.still no show..I realise Christmas day would be busy.I'd been told other taxi firms weren't taking bookings. At least they were honest...Why take a booking assure me it would definitely be there and not turn up...DISGRACEFUL..In the end my granddaughter got in touch with her friend who was able to pick me up.as she'd not been drinking..THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE And need reporting to the council.
Have been using Britannia Taxis for many years and have mostly had excellent service, courtesy and professionalism from all the drivers.

At least get drivers who know st helens to work in st helens. You get in one of your cars the driver is from Wolverhampton Manchester Bolton and does have a clue on where there going and also they get lost even using a sat nav. This company was better as saints cars as britana dont work in this town. When you got cable and a2b why would draft drivers from outside of st helens, the more drivers that dont know where there going the more customers are going to leave.
