Please someone check this and tell me if I failed fairly. I was driving on hale Rd and had to turn right to cross way as shown by the red arrow (as shown in the attached picture)and had to wait for the upcoming traffic (shown by the blue arrows) to pass as they had the priority. I turned to cross way as soon as the road got clear. Additionally, There were 3 minors one when I was turning from marshal gate right to Everite road. I checked mirrors and signalled at an appropriate-distance and I stoped slightly before the give away junction so I drove a bit more forward to get a more clear view. I was absolutely aware of the traffic coming from the motorway and checked mirrors plenty blind spot and moved when it was safe. I don’t understand why I got minors for signals and junction observation. The final minor was appropriate speed and I am absolutely sure I stay at the speed limit and only drove slower when I could see approaching hazards which were plenty (eg, few kids from schools just ran in front of our car and stoped immediately). It is devastating as I had take a 2hr ride to the Center to take my test just to get a an unfair fail. I am absolutely sure that I have failed unjust and really hope for some justice out of this. At the end as I was shocked hearing that he failed me, I asked for some clarification. He asked why I didn’t move forward for the hale road junction I said I was waiting for the the upcoming traffic to clear the road as they had priority and he said ok I would leave it to your instructor to explain that to you. I took my instructor to the junction and he didn’t agree that I should have been failed and that I had got a harsh examiner.

Beautifully conducted in covid times- passed with two minors in September. Professional examiner and cannot fault for anything. Changed the tell me question when my bonnett got stuck.
I was told most learners who turn up at this centre aren't ready. Hence the highest failure rate outside of London. I believe it's just another scam.
They’ll fail you for stupid reasons. It’s not about checking driver safety, it’s about making money. There’s no way to get your result changed, no appeal process. It’s a legalised mafia to stop people driving.
Examiner was mumbling while following sat nav very off putting thought I was going the wrong way so ended up with a major and failed tests should be recorded on camera and sent for adjudication
