Other companies can learn from Paul & the team at Radium. Logistically they turned up at the time specified for the initial meeting (others didn't, even if they turned up at all) The only company who responded to an initial online approach. Their quotes arrived when promised (others didn't even bother sending them out). They were more than happy to work around our changing plans without fuss and because of delay with another part of the chain came back to swap out the temporary fix. There was constant communication from the Office team throughout and the installation team were booked in around us and worked hard, tidied up after themselves and as the face of the company were professional and courteous at all times. Would recommend if looking for a security system.

After Googling I found Radium Security Systems website and was impressed right away. I emailed my inquiry and had an instant response. The managing director himself, Paul Robinson visited us the following day as promised and did a survey. Paul was friendly and professional, he explained everything in simple terms with no pushy sales language and gave us a few options to choose from. As promised the following day his quote arrived and we booked the installation for the next week. Ian and his team arrived on time on the day, they replaced the old system and installed all the new equipment in just a few hours. Again Ian was friendly, polite and left no mess. He tested everything and explained how to use it, which is so much easier compared to the old system and it looks super hi-tech but also very discrete inside all the rooms etc. The exterior bell box looks superb especially at night as the main panel is backlit with the Radium logo and alternating green LED's below, very nice. I will happily recommend Paul and his company to anyone in the future. Book Radium today, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again folks, Keep up the great work.

Paul and the team at Radium where absolutely fantastic from the minute they came out to give us a quote till the moment they came and installed our alarm. It only took a week between getting a quote and getting the alarm fitted. The guys that came to install were really professional and extremely helpful answering any questions I had about the system. Support has been brilliant since installation, if I’ve had any questions regarding the alarm, the team at the office are always willing to help via email or phone. Brilliant. I would highly recommend.
